Scott is the EY global leader for Transactions and Corporate Finance. He has extensive transaction experience working with both private equity and corporate clients, including cross-border transactions worldwide. His industry focus has included consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, engineering and construction services, and business services.
Prior to his current global role, Scott led the EY Transaction Diligence practice in the Americas, assisting clients in executing their capital agenda in acquisitions and divestitures.
Scott has a BS in Accounting from Troy University, and an MBA from Auburn University Harbert College of Business.
